What We Do
Our program equips BIPOC professionals with the skills and knowledge needed for effective board governance. Participants build on their lived experience and community service by gaining training in Nonprofit Governance, Strategic Leadership, Fundraising & Networking, and Nonprofit Finance; preparing them to make an immediate impact on nonprofit boards.
Additionally, we work directly with nonprofits to strengthen their boards and expand leadership diversity. Our Board Placement Assistance connects organizations with trained BIPOC professionals who are ready to serve.
